Sue has worked in the international not-for-profit sector for over 20 years in a variety of senior roles. Her previous roles included 17 years as Chief Operating Officer at International Alert – a leading global peacebuilding organisation. She also lived and worked for a number of years in France, the Sudan and China.
She is well-versed in strategy, business plans and models, organisational development and design. She has a wide array of experience setting up and managing offices and systems across multiple geographies, and expertise in global operations including finance, human resources, governance, security and IT.
