Kealan Finnegan

Personal Assistant to the Executive Director

Kealan has a background in international development and trade, having worked on the UK-India bilateral relationship, covering trade and investment, education, and development partnerships. Before that, he worked on global anti-corruption projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has lived and worked/studied in India and Sweden.
