Karen has worked in the UK not-for-profit / charitable sector managing office operations for that past 13 years. Prior to that she worked in Japan and Israel.
She has a wide array of experience in setting up and managing systems, processes and procedures in Finance, Human Resources and IT.
Her previous roles included operations manager at SciDev.Net, a charity dedicated to providing authoritative information about science and technology for the developing world.
