Prior to joining Inter Mediate, Carolina worked at the United Nations Mission in Kosovo and the Office of the UN Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa in Ethiopia. She has provided technical support to dialogue initiatives and contributed to Track 1.5 processes at Oxford Process, a London‑based peacemaking organisation. Carolina is an accredited mediator.
