She has a wealth of experience in the field having worked since 1999 on various dialogue and peacebuilding initiatives in different conflict affected regions in Asia, the Caucasus, the Balkans and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Inter Mediate she worked for over 10 years managing and implementing projects at International Alert. Before that she worked in public affairs and prior to that she was a journalist.
She has substantial experience as a facilitator of dialogue and confidence-building initiatives and as a manager of mediation projects.
